Karma Steel and Wood Industry, established in 1969 in the heart of Phuentsholing, is the oldest and founding unit of the Karma Group. The unit manufactures a diverse range of wood furniture and steel-fabricated products, including storage boxes, bunk beds, almirahs, ovens, smokeless bukharis, gates, railings, steel furniture, and related items. It also produces office furniture, school furniture (including SPDB-designed models), and custom-made furniture tailored to client requirements. All products are backed by warranties and reliable after-sales support services.
In response to evolving market dynamics and increasing demand for a broader range of steel and wood products, Karma Steel and Wood Industry has expanded its portfolio to include domestically manufactured rolling shutter doors, chain-link fencing, and barbed wire. The unit is also among the leading suppliers of angle posts to the Department of Agriculture for the nationwide chain-link fencing project.
